Main aim: To validate the generated cell model landscape in a cohort of patient derived iPSC lines that are already available (LUMC, UMCG) and linked to extensive clinical profiles, as well as in generated early-onset and intermediate cohorts (WP2), and linking these data using AI neural network scripts (WP3)

Objectives: Data from this WP will be used to test the validity of isogenic cell model landscapes from WP1 in heterogenic cells derived from the patients in WP2.
